For people considering aesthetic treatments, the decision is rarely just about the procedure itself. It is also about finding a clinic that can understand what they want, guide them through their options, and provide the right level of care from consultation to recovery.
That is the space MOLD Manila is looking to fill as the Quezon City-based aesthetic clinic enters a new chapter.
Known for its non-surgical facial and body treatments, MOLD Manila has expanded its services to include surgical procedures through a newly opened in-house surgical wing, while also adding collagen-stimulating treatments such as Radiesse® to its portfolio.
The expansion gives patients more options under one roof — from minimally invasive treatments designed to refresh and tighten the skin to surgical procedures for those seeking more significant changes.
A new chapter begins with rhinoplasty

MOLD Manila reached an important milestone on July 30, 2026, when it performed the first procedure in its new surgical facility.
The inaugural operation was an open structural rhinoplasty, led by MOLD Manila lead surgeon Dr. Donna Eramis, with Dr. Eric Tapang overseeing anesthesia.
The dedicated surgical wing was designed specifically for elective aesthetic procedures, with spaces for consultation, pre-operative preparation, surgery, and recovery.
For the clinic, the addition is about more than having another room where procedures can be performed. It allows the patient journey to happen within one setting, from the first consultation through post-operative care.
“Opening our own surgical wing allows us to provide a more seamless experience for our patients from consultation to recovery,” said Dr. Donna Eramis, lead surgeon at MOLD Manila.
She said starting the facility’s surgical operations with an open structural rhinoplasty reflects the level of precision and surgical care the clinic hopes to bring to its procedures.
When aesthetics and function come together

Rhinoplasty is often associated with changing the appearance of the nose. But structural rhinoplasty also places emphasis on maintaining the nose’s framework and function.
An open structural rhinoplasty involves a small incision across the columella, allowing the surgeon greater access to the nasal framework. Cartilage grafts may then be used to reinforce and reshape the structure.
The approach is intended to provide long-term structural support while creating results that look natural and preserve nasal function.
At MOLD Manila, surgical patients go through a structured process that begins with consultation and continues through medical screening, surgical clearance, monitored recovery, and follow-up care.
The clinic says patients can begin with either an online or in-person consultation before undergoing the necessary pre-operative assessments.
During the procedure and recovery period, patients are monitored by the surgical and anesthesia teams before being cleared for discharge. Follow-up care is then handled by the same medical team.
For Adrielle Costales, founder and CEO of MOLD Manila, the new surgical facility represents a natural progression for the clinic.
“Opening our own surgical facility is a natural progression that allows us to support patients whose goals require surgical treatment while maintaining the same standards of safety, quality, and personalized care that define our practice,” Costales said.
Beyond fillers: exploring collagen stimulation

While the surgical wing expands what MOLD Manila can offer, the clinic is also developing its non-surgical treatments.
One of its latest additions is Radiesse®, a collagen-stimulating injectable used for facial contouring and skin rejuvenation.
Unlike traditional dermal fillers that primarily focus on adding volume, Radiesse® combines immediate structural support with collagen stimulation. The idea is to provide an initial improvement while encouraging the skin to gradually produce more collagen.
The result is a treatment designed around progressive changes in firmness, elasticity and skin texture, with results that can last approximately 12 to 18 months, depending on the individual.
MOLD Manila offers two formulations aimed at different concerns.
Radiesse® Structural (1.5 cc) is intended for more targeted contouring and definition, including the cheeks, mid-face, jawline and chin.
Radiesse® Hyperdilute (4.5 cc) is designed for broader areas where skin laxity and texture are concerns, including the neck, décolletage, hands, under-eye area and smile lines.
The distinction reflects a broader trend in aesthetics toward treatments that are less about dramatically changing facial features and more about improving definition, skin quality and overall appearance.
“Patients today are increasingly looking for treatments that deliver natural-looking improvements while supporting long-term skin health,” a spokesperson from MOLD Manila said.
One clinic, more options

What makes MOLD Manila’s latest expansion interesting is the way its surgical and non-surgical services fit together.
Not every patient looking for facial rejuvenation needs surgery. For some, a minimally invasive treatment may be enough to address skin laxity, definition or texture. Others may have goals that require a surgical approach.
Having both options available allows the clinic to develop treatment plans around the individual rather than around a single procedure.
It also reflects how aesthetic medicine is evolving. Patients are increasingly presented with a spectrum of options — from treatments with little to no downtime to more comprehensive surgical procedures.
For MOLD Manila, the goal is to bring those options together while keeping consultation, treatment and aftercare within the same care environment.
As the clinic moves forward, its new surgical wing and expanded non-surgical portfolio signal an ambition that goes beyond adding more procedures to its menu.
It is about creating a more complete aesthetic experience — one where patients can explore what is possible, understand which approach suits their goals, and receive care from consultation to recovery in one place.
