Sim racing is no longer just a gaming hobby — it’s becoming a fully immersive motorsport experience, and Logitech G wants to make sure players feel every second of it.
At its latest showcase, Logitech G introduced the RS50 Direct Drive Wheelbase with TRUEFORCE alongside the RS Pedals, the newest additions to its Racing Series lineup. Together, the devices aim to bring professional-grade realism, precision control, and modular flexibility to both casual racers and serious sim enthusiasts.
At the heart of the RS50 is a direct-drive motor delivering up to 8Nm of torque, designed to translate in-game physics into physical feedback with remarkable detail. Combined with Logitech’s TRUEFORCE technology, the system processes real-time game data — road textures, engine vibrations, tire slip — at thousands of updates per second, turning virtual racing into something far more tactile.
“RS50 isn’t just hardware. It’s the beating heart of your sim setup,” said Richard Neville, Senior Global Product Manager for Simulation at Logitech G. “Whether you’re taking Parabolica at Monza or drifting through rally stages, TRUEFORCE ensures you feel every detail of traction, bumps, and grip changes.”
The result is a racing experience that aims to mimic real-world driving dynamics more closely than ever before, supported by 2700 degrees of steering rotation and a slip ring system engineered for long-term durability.
Pedal precision meets real-world pressure

If the wheel brings immersion, the RS Pedals complete the equation.
Designed to replicate real braking behavior, the RS Pedals feature a 75kg load cell brake system, measuring pressure instead of travel distance. This allows for more precise braking control — an essential advantage in competitive racing scenarios.
The setup also includes a Hall Effect accelerator pedal for smooth, consistent throttle response, along with customizable resistance settings through damper and spacer combinations.
Users can further tailor their experience via Logitech G HUB software, onboard controls, or compatible racing interfaces, allowing adjustments based on driving style or platform setup.
“The RS Pedals deliver the kind of real-world braking modulation I expect from pro setups,” said racing driver Suellio Almeida. “That level of precision changes how you approach every corner.”
Built for flexibility, designed to scale

One of the RS50 ecosystem’s biggest strengths is its modular design.
Whether users are building their first sim rig or upgrading an existing setup, the system is designed to expand with them.
A starter configuration includes the RS50 wheelbase, RS Round Wheel, RS Wheel Hub, and RS Table Clamp — allowing new users to plug in and race almost immediately. Additional components like pedals, shifters, and accessories can be added over time.
Logitech G is also expanding its Racing Series with the RS H-Shifter, a 7-speed (+reverse) manual shifter designed for players who want a more traditional driving experience. Built with Hall Effect sensors and heavy-duty materials, it aims to deliver durability alongside authentic mechanical feel.
Features such as a push-through lockout for reverse and 7th gear, customizable ergonomics, and rig-ready mounting options position it as a serious upgrade for rally, drift, and manual transmission fans.
Built for performance — and sustainability

Beyond performance, Logitech G is also highlighting durability and sustainability as part of the RS50 design philosophy.
The wheelbase is engineered for long-term use with replaceable components, aligning with the company’s “right to repair” approach. It is also built using low-carbon aluminum and 74% post-consumer recycled plastic, excluding wiring and packaging materials.
This focus on longevity is intended to reduce electronic waste while ensuring high-performance hardware remains serviceable over time.
Pricing and availability
The Logitech G RS50 Direct Drive Wheelbase is priced at ₱45,995, while the RS Pedals and RS H-Shifter retail for ₱9,995 each. The Racing Series lineup is available via Logitech G’s official Shopee and Lazada stores, as well as authorized retail partners nationwide.
With sim racing continuing to grow in popularity, Logitech G’s latest release signals a clear push toward more immersive, accessible, and customizable racing setups for Filipino gamers.
