ASUS is giving buyers of select laptops a limited-time way to access Google’s premium AI tools and expanded cloud storage at no additional cost.
Starting September 7, eligible ASUS and ROG laptop customers in supported markets can redeem three months of either Google AI Pro with 5TB of cloud storage or Google AI Plus with 400GB of storage, depending on the device.
The offer covers selected laptops from ASUS and ROG, including models from the ROG, TUF Gaming, ProArt, Zenbook and Vivobook lines. Eligible devices span selected 2025 and 2026 models, as well as upcoming 2027 laptops.
More than just an AI subscription
The ASUS promotion combines access to Google’s AI ecosystem with additional cloud storage, making the offer relevant to users who rely on laptops for school, creative work, research and productivity.
Google AI Pro provides expanded access to Google’s more capable Gemini models and higher usage limits for AI-powered tools. It also comes with 5TB of cloud storage, which can be used for files, photos, videos and other digital projects.

Google AI Plus offers a lower-tier option with 400GB of storage and increased access to Google’s AI capabilities.
Depending on the plan and availability in the user’s region, the included ecosystem features access to the Gemini app, Deep Research, Google Flow, Gemini in Google apps and Gemini Notebook.
For users who already depend heavily on Google’s ecosystem, the storage component could be just as significant as the AI access. A new laptop purchase can effectively come with additional room for school files, work documents, creative projects and media without requiring an immediate separate cloud-storage subscription.
Which ASUS laptops qualify?
The promotion is not available across every ASUS laptop.
ASUS says eligible devices include selected models from its ROG, TUF Gaming, ProArt, Zenbook and Vivobook families. The program includes qualifying products from the 2025 and 2026 lineups, with upcoming 2027 devices also covered under the offer.
Because eligibility varies by model, buyers should check their specific laptop before assuming the Google AI benefit is included.
ASUS provides an online eligibility checker where users can enter their model name to determine whether the device qualifies for Google AI Pro or Google AI Plus.
How to claim the three-month benefit
Eligible users can redeem the offer through the MyASUS app.
After checking eligibility, users can select the redemption option, which redirects them to Google’s redemption page. They then proceed using their Google Account and an eligible form of payment.
While the first three months are provided at no additional cost, users should review the Google plan’s terms before completing redemption, particularly if they do not intend to continue with the subscription after the promotional period.
What it means for AI-powered laptops
The promotion comes as laptop makers increasingly position their devices as gateways to AI-powered workflows rather than simply hardware for traditional computing.

For ASUS, bundling Google AI with selected laptops extends that proposition beyond processing power. Instead of focusing only on the laptop’s specifications, the offer connects the device to cloud-based AI services, storage and productivity tools that users can continue accessing across Google’s ecosystem.
The distinction is important because much of today’s consumer AI experience happens in the cloud. A capable laptop remains the primary device, while services such as Gemini, cloud storage and research tools provide additional functionality through an internet connection.
For students, professionals and creators, that combination can make a new laptop purchase more useful from day one.
A limited-time perk for new laptop buyers
ASUS’ Google AI promotion reflects how AI subscriptions are becoming part of the value proposition surrounding new personal computers.
For consumers already considering an ASUS or ROG laptop, three months of Google AI access and up to 5TB of cloud storage could provide additional value beyond the hardware itself.
The important caveat is eligibility. Not every ASUS laptop qualifies, and the exact Google AI plan depends on the model.
For those buying an eligible device, however, the promotion offers a chance to try Google’s expanded AI ecosystem without immediately paying for the subscription, while also gaining additional cloud storage for everyday digital needs.
